...there's a bug in HVM guest save/restore/livemigration on
Intel CPUs, related to XSAVE feature. As a workaround you can add
"no-xsave" as an option to Xen command line in grub.conf. This issue
is fixed in Xen 4.0.2-rc1-pre with this patch:
