factor issue
Hi,
I have a column which I have to convert from factors to numeric. I am using
the command as.numeric(variable) to do this. But when I convert the numeric
value becomes different from factor . for example.
> class(B)
[1] "factor"
> B
 [1] 180 <NA> 183 175 163 155 <NA> 188 191 160 170 165 152 170
165
[16] 163 160 163 165 <NA>
> as.numeric(B)
 [1] 46 NA 47 42 30 26 NA 49 50 29 37 32 24 37 32 30 29 30 32 NA
Is there a different way to convert factor to respective number ?
also when i try to unclass it i get following output

Xen build with XSAs through 163 in progress
Just a heads-up: A Xen package with XSAs through 163 is on its way
through the build system. I'll send an announcement when I've tagged
it as ready to be propagated to the mirrors.
As with the last XSA update, it will depend on having manually updated
to the new Virt SIG repository layout. If you haven't already please

	Is this on a PRI???

On a RBS T1 this is called "Feature Group D (Adtran Style)"

If they are sending you this via a PRI they may have their Trunk Group setup wrong, as I have never seen this type or data element structure on a PRI.

ANI and DNIS Seperation on a PRI (Telephony Numbering Plan (E.164/E.163) (1) '*4105556654*8005550215*' ])
...I expected. Any one know of a way to get this data into two seperate variables? The first number is ANI and the second is DNIS so it is "*tendigits*tendigits* on one line like below.

< Called Number (len=26) [ Ext: 1 TON: National Number (2) NPI: ISDN/Telephony Numbering Plan (E.164/E.163) (1) '*4105949603*8005640215*' ]

Interactive plots?
Hi there.
I have a matrix that provides place names and the distances between them:
           Chelt Exeter	London	Birm
Chelt 0 118 96 50
Exeter 118 0 118 163
London 96 118 0 118
Birm 50 163 118 0
After performing multidimensional scaling I get the following points plotted
as follows
http://www.nabble.com/file/p10810700/demo.jpeg
I would like to know how if I hover a point I can get a little box telling
