Doctype -- utf-8 -- html vs xhtml
I was simply trying to write the DOCTYPE line at the top for UTF-8 and got confused.

What doctype do I use with rails for utf-8 files?

If I put in all the damn closing tags on paragraphs and hr and br and all that will the
stuff pass xhml inspection, or will rails insert something I haven'' yet noticed.

Parsing custom SIP headers
Hi,
Just to be sure: Is there a dialplan function in Asterisk that
parses custom "name-addr"-style SIP headers for me?
If I wanted to do it right the syntax
	name-addr *(SEMI generic-param)
is quite complex to parse in the dialplan using nothing but CUT().
It's so easy to make false assumtions about angle brackets (< >),
whitespace (LWS), quotes (") around the

AGI and Music on hold
...s that show above, and it attempts to turn the music back on
(with a 200 result=0 response from asterisk), but again I hear no hold music,
and again the "Exceptionally long voice queue..." messages start streaming in
/var/log/asterisk/full.
I tried applying the patch from issue number 16268 with no effect. I read the
comments for issue number 15609, which is still open, and don't really know if
it is relevant, since I am not experiencing a crash - just no hold music!
If I change the AGI command, in the exact same place, to do this instead:
EXEC MusicOnHold default
I hear the...

Font config in Desktop Integration broken when switching locales
As a translator, It is frequent for me to switch between locales (en_US.utf8
and zh_CN.utf8 for me), but the font configurations in winecfg/'Desktop
Integration' gets broken under certain circumstances.
To demonstrate, I run winecfg with LANG=zh_CN.utf8, and set the 'Menu Text'
(????) font to 'WenQuanYi Zen Hei Sharp' (???????) 10pt (shot00.png). It
turns out fine

[LLVMdev] 2.6 pre-release2 ready for testing
LLVMers,
2.6 pre-release2 is ready to be tested by the community.
http://llvm.org/prereleases/2.6/
If you have time, I'd appreciate anyone who can help test the release.
To test llvm-gcc:
1) Compile llvm from source and untar the llvm-test in the projects
directory (name it llvm-test or test-suite). Choose to use a pre-
compiled llvm-gcc or re-compile it yourself.
2) Run make check,
