Samba 4.2 - OS X 10.11 - permissions are being ignored
Hi, when saving a file to this share the permissions (0777) are being ignored under OS X 10.11.5. All files will get these permissions: 0755. I don't know why? Samaba Version 4.2.7-SerNet-RedHat-19.el6 CentOS release 6.7 [global] workgroup = BAVARIA server string = Samba Server %m netbios name = NASBAV1 log file = /var/log/samba/%m_%a_%R.log

Gluster machines slowing down over time
I have 2 gluster servers in replicated mode on EC2 with ~4G RAM CPU and RAM look fine but over time the system becomes sluggish, particularly networking. I notice when sshing into the machine takes ages and running remote commands with capistrano takes longer and longer. Any kernel settings people typically use? Unable to boot Linux kernel in from Syslinux 6.00-pre efi64
Hi, Line 762 of efi/main.c (git firmware branch) should be changed to if (hdr->version < 0x20b) { Without this change syslinux efi64 gives out "handover protocol unimplemented error" and fails to boot.
