I have already reported this issue on lauchpad:

My Desktop freezes and Compiz process occupies 100% of CPU for a long while, if
you wait 3-4 minutes it will recover, but the issue is very annoying.

I have Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch) 15.10 installed....
