asttapi 0.08 - the memory could not be written
...you have played with this, you already know that the code to talk to
Asterisk is placed in a file called asttapi.tsp which is in your
windows/system32 folder. The thing here is, the asttapi.tsp that comes with
the original executable is 196kb while the one you get if you compile the
source code is 144kb, that's a kind of suspicious, isn't it? Anyway, if you
remove the TAPI driver, replace that file with the one you get from building
the c++ project and install the TAPI driver again, you can work with the new
library, but I get one window with 'svchost.exe The memory could not be

FreeBSD bridge + filtering, BIG problem
Hi,
I'm afraid about having find a freebsd 5X security issue.
We have recently upgraded one gateway from 4.10 to 5.3... Following network
used:
[ISP]--xl1--[FW01]-----xl0--em0--[SR01]
|
|--fxp0--em0--[SR02]
On fw01, we have one jail.
So fw01 is configured as a bridge on xl1,xl0,fxp0. Services works (before
and after upgrade).
On 4.10, we used

rsynced files "collecting" blocks?
Hello!
We are synching some server data (websites, logfiles, ...) with rsync via
ssh and are detecting a weird problem:
Certain files and directories, apparently those who are regulary rsynced over
the WAN, tend to use far too many blocks, e.g.:
stat from file on server:
File: `bilder.html'
Size: 2009 Blocks: 288 IO Block: 4096 regular file

The same file (a fresh

2 cards in, but work only separately
Hi list,
my thanks to developers of nouveau first: I wonder how you put it together this
far, where there's quite enough to appreciate!
This question I have: strangely I can get each of 2 cards to work separately
for a dualseat PC by toggling on/off fbcon=map: kernel option (compiled with
CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_DETECT_PRIMARY) -- by doing so I can have each card
initialized and start
