how to convert list of matrix (raster:extract o/p) to data table with additional colums (polygon Id, class)
...nd a polygon with attribute ID and Class.
I want to have the fraction of each class present in each pixel of raster. I
have use the raster::extract to get the value and weights as below.
ex<-extract(raster,polygon,weighted=TRUE)
this gives me

BUG: soft lockup CPU stuck for 10seconds (Server went down)
Hello,
Today my server stopped responding.
i went to the console and on the screen there were a continuous loop of the following info shown on the screen:
BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 10s! [java:13959]
and alot of other information.
ii've took a screen shot of the info shown , you can find it under the following url: http://img585.imageshack.us/i/img00012201103070833.jpg/
and had to hard reset for it to be back up and running.
i tried googling with no luck for direct relevant info.

I have debian knoppix and postfix + dovecot imap
My problem is the following:

ldb errors after upgrade, cause?

Yes, I checked again, and all packages are installed, all of them with the
proper version, and no leftovers.
This server works fine for a half a day, and then these errors happen, so I
think it's unlikely that it's related to the install itself.

Ah, ok, so you have hitted a bug.
Might be :

You have a few options, patch it yourself or report it at debian.
Or Upgrade debian to bullseye.
Or use my repo and stay on buster.
Then you have the option goto 4.10.latest or 4.11.latest
