What current Dell Systems are supported/work
Sorry for the repost...
I don't think the first one posted..
posted to freebsd.stable, freebsd-current, Freebsd-hardware
I checked the hardware in the online documentation manual/hardware
It only lists the bits and peices of the machine say the hard drive
controller and so forth. but doesn't give you a particular system to
look at as a working machine with FreeBSD 6.2

[nbdkit PATCH 0/8] fd leak safety
There's enough here to need a review; some of it probably needs
backporting to stable-1.12.
This probably breaks tests on Haiku or other platforms that have not
been as on-the-ball about atomic CLOEXEC; feel free to report issues
that arise, and I'll help come up with workarounds (even if we end up
leaving a rare fd leak on less-capable systems).
Meanwhile, I'm still working on my

[PATCH v2 0/9] Better testing of the guestfsd daemon.
In v2:
- Kernel command line parsing now moved to the appliance.
- In the captive daemon test, the daemon cleanly shuts down on exit.
- Add another btrfs test.

[patch 00/17] paravirt_ops updates
Hi Andi,
This series of patches updates paravirt_ops in various ways. Some of the
changes are plain cleanups and improvements, and some add some interfaces
necessary for Xen.
The brief overview:
add-MAINTAINERS.patch - obvious
remove-CONFIG_DEBUG_PARAVIRT.patch - no longer needed
paravirt-nop.patch - mark nop operations consistently
paravirt-pte-accessors.patch - operations to pack/unpack

[patch 00/20] paravirt_ops updates
Hi Andi,
Here's a repost of the paravirt_ops update series I posted the other day.
Since then, I found a few potential bugs with patching clobbering,
cleaned up and documented paravirt.h and the patching machinery.
Overview:
add-MAINTAINERS.patch
obvious
remove-CONFIG_DEBUG_PARAVIRT.patch
No longer meaningful or needed.

[PATCH 00/10] paravirt: make amount of paravirtualization configurable
Today paravirtualization is a all-or-nothing game: either a kernel is
compiled with no paravirtualization support at all, or it is supporting
paravirtualized environments like Xen pv-guests or lguest additionally
to some paravirtualized tuning for KVM, Hyperv, VMWare or Xen
HVM-guests.
As support of pv-guests requires quite intrusive pv-hooks (e.g. all
access functions to page table entries,

[patch 00/34] Xen-pv_ops: Xen guest implementation for paravirt_ops interface
Hi Andi,
This patch series implements the Linux Xen guest as a paravirt_ops
backend. The features in implemented this patch series are:
* domU only
* UP and SMP guest support (NEW!)
* dynamic ticks (NEW!)
* writable pagetables, with late pinning/early unpinning
(no shadow pagetable support)
* supports both PAE and non-PAE modes
(non-PAE may be broken at the moment)
* xen hvc console

[patch 00/43] lguest: Patches for 2.6.24 (and patchbomb test)
Hi all,
These are the patches I'm planning to submit for 2.6.24. Comments
gratefully accepted. Along with the usual cleanups and improvements are Jes'
de-i386-ification patches, and a new "virtio" mechanism designed to be shared
with KVM (and hopefully other hypervisors).
Cheers,
Rusty.
