Somebody using AS5350 CISCO?
Do somebody using CISCO AS5350 with Asterisk?
Which protocol do you using: H323, MGCP, SIP?
This direction: [12sp->Asterisk->h323->as5350->isdnPSTN] is ok
But reverse: [isdnPSTN->as5350->h323->Asterisk->12sp] cannot hear 12sp, but 12sp hear PSTN (codec g711u)

cisco 12sp+/30vip IP phone
I was able to get Asterisk working with the demo on FreeBSD 5.3 without crashing, but not the music on hold, so I just have that disabled for now, but I'm ready to get some IP hardware working.
So I picked up a Cisco 12sp+ IP phone (mistake?) and am having difficulty finding any truly helpful instructions / troubleshooting to get this configured to work with asterisk. If I could just get past the first hurdle of getting it an IP address (not using dhcp)...
I plug it in, it says 'Copyright 1999 F2.02 Cisco Sy...

Why I don't hear Call Progress
...sterisk as sip client on sipgate.de, I don't hear
progress tones: I hear only one (locally generated) ring tone, and then
quiet till somebody (called party), answer. After that I can normally
talk with called person. That's happening both with Xlite as sip client
on Asterisk, and with Cisco 12sp/30vip as skinny/sccp client on Asterisk
(so, my conclusion is that problem is in Asterisk).
The biggest problem there is that some numbers have free voice messages
(for example: "number is changed, call xxx-xxxx") and I do NOT hear that
messages.

Problem compiling chan_sccp
Hi,
I recently bought a 7910. I found out too late that it would not do
SIP as I initially thought. Anyway before ditchingit for a 7960 I
wanted to try it out, I read that the guys at
http://chan-sccp.sourceforge.net/ had done some improvements to the
original chan_sccp driver and having 80% functionality with this
model.
I have not been able to compile their driver and keep getting the
