Request help about developing android apps on CentOS
...One of my hobbies is developing Android apps(:-)So I am not a prof at all). Everything goes well when I install Eclipse, Android SDK, blahblah. But the worst thing was that I couldn't make ADB connect to my phone. My phone is Huawei C8812 which can be listed by lsusb as Bus 001 Device 003: ID 12d1:1031 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. And I followed the instructions on http://developer.android.com/intl/zh-CN/tools/device.html ,but it seemed not working at all. So I found another page http://www.cnblogs.com/116913829/archive/2012/02/09/2343996.html ,it couldn't help me ,either. Yet I have re...

Usb surf stick for internet
Hello, I am searching for an internet usb surf-stick (umts) that works under CentOS. Is anyone using such a stick and if so, which chip has this usb-stick? Would a Huawei E160E chip work under CentOS? Or maybe under CentOS with the 2.6.35 kernel from elrepo? Thank you very much! regards Olaf

HandBrakeCLI crashes when converting
Hello! At first, i want to run the latest HandBrake (version 0.93) on a Mac with Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger). The problem is, that Handbrake is developed for Mac OS 10.5 (XCode SDK is not compatible to Mac OS 10.4 one). So i decided to try it with wine/darwine. Because wine is better supported on Linux and you can get easier newer version (apt-get), i decided to run HandBrakeCLI.exe on Debian Etch
