New package cNORM: Continuous norming

biometrics and psychometrics, f. e. BMI growth curves, IQ tests ...
Conventional methods for producing standard scores in psychometrics or
biometrics are often plagued with "jumps" or "gaps" (i.e.,
discontinuities) in norm tables
