problem regarding rpmbuild : creating rpm for python files

And when i try to run rpmbuild -ba command on this spec file , rpmbuild
tried to optimize the python byte coded files , which i can see from ( i
guess macros ) " + /usr/lib/rpm/brp-python-bytecompile" , and fails after
that .

please help me about controlling this behaviour so that I can skip the
"brp-python-bytecompile" section .

On Windows and Centos that's easy as that's just ONE directory.
On Debian and it's ancestors, Ubuntu being one of them, there are TWO
directories and he put the files in the wrong one of both and doesn't
symlink them from the right one. I tried to explain this to him on IRC
and I summarized this here on the mailing list.
