[RFC] Vector Predication
...ule is > the AVL must decrease monotonically. Thank you for the detailed explanation! I wasn't aware of the current state of RVV in that regard. This seems to imply that enforcing MVL changes only per function level is now moot (as in https://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-April/122517.html). -- Simon Moll Researcher / PhD Student Compiler Design Lab (Prof. Hack) Saarland University, Computer Science Building E1.3, Room 4.31 Tel. +49 (0)681 302-57521 : moll at cs.uni-saarland.de Fax. +49 (0)681 302-3065 : http://compilers.cs.uni-saarland.de/people/moll

...++ Standards Committee is [now available](https://www.reddit.com/r/cpp/comments/8bb2fv/c_standards_committee_papers_201804/). ## On the mailing lists * Robin Kruppe has written an [RFC on supporting the proposed RISC-V Vector extension in LLVM](http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-April/122517.html). This requires representing a hardware vector length that is unknown at compile time, and may change at runtime. Robin is presenting a lightning talk based on this proposal at EuroLLVM and is keen to discuss further. * Mostyn Bramley-Moore shared [work on supporting 'Jumbo'/unity bui...

zpool kernel panics.
Hi Folks, I''ve got a 3.9 Tb zpool, and it is casing kernel panics on my Solaris 10 280r (SPARC) server. The message I get on panic is this: panic[cpu1]/thread=2a100a95cc0: zfs: freeing free segment (offset=423713792 size=1024) This seems to come about when the zpool is being used or being scrubbed - about twice a day at the moment. After the reboot, the scrub seems to have
