...It's a Belkin F6C750-AVR. Not sure when it was bought, but I estimate a year ago or so. I didn't know of anything else to provide. Let me know if I can help to debug this. I have another machine with problems, but the symptoms are exactly the same. The only difference is that it's a 1100VA UPS (F6C1100-UNV), not a 750VA like the one I posted here about. ~David P.S.
