[PATCH 0/3] virtio: console: async notifications for host connect / disconnect
Hey Rusty,
This patchset is on top of the previous one.
It sends a SIGIO signal to apps that request signals for host
activity. SIGIO is sent on host connect, disconnect as well as
hot-unplug (which can be seen as a special case of host disconnect).
Tested using several testcases in the test-virtserial repo:
http://fedorapeople.org/gitweb?p=amitshah/public_git/test-virtserial.git
Please apply.

[PATCH v4 00/14] improve the fb_setcmap helper
Hi!
While trying to get CLUT support for the atmel_hlcdc driver, and
specifically for the emulated fbdev interface, I received some
push-back that my feeble in-driver attempts should be solved
by the core. This is my attempt to do it right.
I have obviously not tested all of this with more than a compile,
but patches 1 and 3 are enough to make the atmel-hlcdc driver
do what I need. The rest is

[PATCH 0/3] Use __attribute__((cleanup(...)))
This patch series changes a small part of the library to use
__attribute__((cleanup(...))) to automatically free memory when
pointers go out of the current scope.
In general terms this seems to be a small win although you do have to
use it carefully. For functions where you can completely get rid of
the "exit code paths", it can simplify things. For a good example,
see the
