How to export hexbin tables?
Hi all!
I'm trying to save an output of the HEXBIN process... is so much data
(105k), and I need to export to an ASCII file.
I tried to use:

my shaping rules wont work on nat box
I am currently running the following script on an internal machine to
shape outbound ftp and email traffic.
I am trying to move the script to my nat router (ipcop with 2 nic cards)
so that it shapes the whole network and not only the outbound of 1 box.
I have cable modem -> ipcop (eth1) >(eth0 - 192.168.1.1) >
192.168.1.100 and 192.168.1.101.
The scripts works great running on

How to use AD authentication for normal Samba file sharing
...figure out how to authenticate from a
Window domain member to a samba share using AD credentials. My smb.conf is listed below. I
was able to map the share from Windows using domain credentials and create a file on the share.
Here's my next challenge: All the UID.GIDs on the share (287G and +105K files) are currently
the non-AD values of 1001.301. For the time being, I'd like to keep all files, and all newly
created files with this UID.GID.
How can I do this? On the "classic" samba share (not AD authentication) this was accomplished

linux-ha heartbeat .. failover firewall
I have searched your FAQ''s and read the documentation on your site as well
as googling. I am not able to figure this out. If you have any ideas can
you please help.
I am using the linux-ha failover with redundant firewalls.
As part of the function of the linux-ha software consists a service called
heartbeat which is a connection from each failover node through a serial
cable or ethernet.

*.c32 for efi64 and efi32?
Dear Syslinux developers,
I'd like to continue the discussion about this:
http://www.syslinux.org/archives/2014-February/021659.html
i.e. different directories for *.c32 files of BIOS, EFI32, and EFI64.
I am wondering why we can not have
*.c32 for the COMBOOT files of BIOS,
*.e32 for the COMBOOT files of EFI32
*.e64 for the COMBOOT files of EFI64
As now the ldlinux file of syslinux 6.0x has,

Actually, it does. The program tells it, that I don't care to read, what's
currently there, by specifying the PROT_READ flag only.
