Memory leak in ocfs2/dlm?
...y leak here. This is vanilla 2.6.19-rc6 on a x86_64 box, 4GB RAM. A simple `ls -Rn' on a filesystem with lots of files makes the box leak so much RAM that the OOM killer starts to kick in. With slab alloc debugging turned on, we see this: # mount; ls -Rn; wait some seconds; Ctrl-C [root@lnxp-1038:/backend1]$ cat /proc/slab_allocators | egrep '(size.512|ocfs2_inode_cache)' | grep ocfs | sort -k 2 -n size-512: 1 o2hb_heartbeat_group_make_item+0x1b/0x79 [ocfs2_nodemanager] size-512: 1 o2hb_map_slot_data+0x22/0x2fa [ocfs2_nodemanager] size-512: 1 ocfs2_initialize_super+0x55e/0xd7f [ocfs...

[Newbie] Row-Iterator for data.frame??
hello all, for my diploma-thesis i want to statitically analyze near-infrared-spectra. a spectrum is given by the y-values of 1038 equi-distant x-points. in nature, a spectrum is a continuous curve. for analysis, every x-point is seen as a statistical variable. now my problem: first, i read a csv-table in a data.frame called sTable via read.table. besides some meta-data there are 1038 variables holding absorbance-values for...

nlme: bug in getCovariateFormula (PR#1038)
I found that predict.gnls failed with a wierd error message about a non-numeric argument to a binary vector in one of three nearly identical uses. Error in Inh/Ki : non-numeric argument to binary operator (Inh and Ki are arguments to the function used in the formula for the object whose predictions were requested). It turns out that the problem is in getCovariateFormula(). The final line in

Restrict a client port-forward to 1 port
Hi, Is it possible to restrict a client port-forwarding to one port? For example i want client X to open only port 1037 on server through port-forwarding, client Y only port 1038 and so on... How can this be possible? I use private/public keys authentication. Client version is openssh3.8p1, is windows client, and server version is latest openssh on a linux machine. Can anyone help please? Thank you so much, Adriana
