system-auth-ac in 5 had to be made to both system-auth-ac and

like ssh and sudo in centos 6.

Alternatively, can you confirm that a safe procedure for adding or

A quick search didn''t explain what fastthread is, and how it relates
to mongrel. Why would I want to install fastthread?

Mongrel 0.3.13.4 Pre-Release -- Ruby's LEAK Fixed (Death To Mutex!)
...hank Bradley for finding the bizarre fix.
It turns out the Ruby has a memory leak when you use pretty much any
thread locking primitive other than Sync (Mutex, Monitor, etc.):
http://pastie.caboo.se/10194
The fix (for whatever reason) is to use Sync and put it in a block:
http://pastie.caboo.se/10317
Those two scripts are mini versions of how Mongrel manages threads so
that I could figure out a solution or get some input. The graph is
reported ram usage samples 1/second. As you can see the first leaking
graph goes up and doesn''t go down, the second (fixed) graph cycles
properly.

First Shoot, many more to appear: Rails on Ruby 1.9
Guys,
Subject says everything:
http://www.frederico-araujo.com/2007/12/18/my-first-successful-booting-rails-2-0-2-ruby-1-9-attempt
Even ActionView uses Proc.binding (which isn''t correctly supported in
1.9) it appears that lot of folks will try to put their hands in Ruby
1.9 when it comes out, and of course, try to get Rails with Mongrel
running in it.

Recommentation: Sessions and PStore
Morning Folks,
As most of you know there were a few people who had the following three
bugs:
* CLOSE_WAIT: Lots of sockets in CLOSE_WAIT state.
* 99% CPU: Mongrel''s getting "stuck" pegged at 99% CPU.
* LEAK: Memory leak.
I''ve successfully fixed these bugs or attributed them to one main cause:
pstore.
First, the memory leak was because of a bug in how the GC in Ruby
