Are VoIP clients supposed to set TOS to minimum delay?
...dump shows Kphone UDP traffic has not set as
minimum delay traffic!
This is a tcpdump from My-IP to Other-IP:
13:07:14.704501 IP (tos 0x0, ttl 64, id 813, offset
0, flags [DF], proto: UDP (17), length: 120)
