13.22.0 - HTTP session count exceeded 100 sessions - instance unusable

get the Asterisk to stop with HUP / kill -1 and I have to kill -9 the
Asterisk PID at the end of the day.
I'm also, just prior the above taking place, getting tens of thousands of

The saga continues.
I've been tracking the interface changes and merging them with
the refactoring work I'm doing. I got as far as building stage3
of llvm-gcc but the object files from stage2 and stage3 differ:
