winsock 16 BIT
Hi!
In October I worked with a client-server (using winsock.dll) 16 bit
aplication
emulated in wine (Not using ODBC), it worked fine. This aplication needs
to connect to a
server using port ctsql 5557/tcp, this service is in my /etc/services.
And wine made all realy fine (Version 20011108). With the release
20011226 (I think)started the problem. Something changed with winsock
16-bit.

Wine 20050310 / Linux 2.6.11 crashes on munmap()
I have an application ("The Rosetta Stone" 2.0.7a) which segfaults
during the startup splash screen. According to strace() it is trying
to munmap() an address (0x7a6b3000) which was never mmap()'d. I get
identical behavior with Wine 20050111 and kernels 2.6.9 / 2.6.10 (I
use gentoo-sources). I noticed some people had similar issues
upgrading from 2.6.9 to 2.6.10.

Ext3, Raid5, and Quotas on 2.4.14?
I remember that there used to be a problem with disk quotas on Ext3 and
Raid5 on the 2.4.x kernel series. I am running 2.4.14 with Ext3 and
Raid5 and am having problems with quotas and am wondering if I have
something misconfigured or if this combination doesn't work yet.

Ventrilo crashing - not sound problem.
I am running Ventrilo client 3.0.4 through WINE 1.1.15 (built in wine git to use WoW stability patch).
Sound works fine, program starts and I can hear everyone and they can hear me. Then at random intervals Ventrilo either stops working (incoming and outgoing sound no longer happens) or crashes to desktop. This can happen at any point with no warning and no error messages in the terminal.
