Data table in C
After getting one list done, I am now struggling to form a data frame in C.
I tried to do a list of lists which gives me :

Sweave produces gibberish instead of apostrophe in pdf
Dear All,
I try to use Sweave to make a document. But when I use the Sweave()
command on it and build a pdf with pdflatex (3.141592-1.40.3) my
apostrophes are replaced by some gibberish (an 'a' with a hat on it, a
capital A with a arc pointing upwards on it and a capital Y with two
points on it). If I manually replace the apostrophes using the keyboard,
I get a different looking

how to use glm for a time course data set
Dear list,
I used glm to analyze the effect of treatment, measurement-methods etc. on lesion size in a time course experiments. Could anyone points me out how to extract detailed comparisons of interest? For example:
Measurement.T2.M6 vs. Measurement.T2.Baseline, Or even
Measurement.T2.M6.Treatment vs. Measurement.T2.M6.placebo (I did not include Treatment as a factor in the query below yet).
