Using predict()?
I'm trying to solve a homework problem using R. The problem gives a list
of cricket chirps per second and corresponding temperature, and asks to
give the equation for the linear model and then predict the temperature
to produce 18 chirps per second. So far, I have:

Getting all possible contingency tables
Hello all,
Let say I have 2-way contingency table:
Tab <- matrix(c(8, 10, 12, 6), nr = 2)
and the Chi-squared test could not reject the independence:
> chisq.test(Tab)
Pearson's Chi-squared test with Yates' continuity correction
data: Tab
X-squared = 1.0125, df = 1, p-value = 0.3143
However I want to get all possible contingency tables under this
independence

Repeated measures by lme and aov give different results
I am analyzing data from an experiment with two factors: Carbon (+/-)
and O3 (+/-), with 4 replicates of each treatment, and 4 harvests over a
year. The treatments are assigned in a block design to individual
Rings.
I have approaches this as a repeated measures design. Fixed factors
are Carbon, O3 and Harvest, with Ring assigned as a random variable. I
have performed repeated measures analysis

A couple of little R things I can't figure out (column percents, regression with lagged variables)
Simple usage questions that I ought to be able to figure on my own, but
can't.
1.I'm able to produce a cross tabulation table showing counts with
either table or xtabs. But I want column percentages for
interpretation, and it seems stupid to sit there with a calculator
figuring marginals and column percentages. How to make R do it after this:
> x <- c(1,3,1,3,1,3,1,3,4,4)
