creating functions question
Hi All, I am interested in creating a function that will take x number of lm objects and automate the comparison of each model (using anova). Here is a simple example (the actual function will involve more than what Im presenting but is irrelevant for the example): # sample data: id<-rep(1:20) n<-c(10,20,13,22,28,12,12,36,19,12,36,75,33,121,37,14,40,16,14,20)

Early Tail Duplication Inefficiency
I have a file for which clang-7 takes over 2 hours to compile with -O3. For the same file, clang-5 takes less than 2 minutes (which is also high IMHO). I will try to create a test case (but it is pretty simple, it only contains initializations of many arrays of structs where the structs are of the following form: struct Foo { EnumType1 e1; // there are 700+ enum labels std::string s1;

problem with "dynformula" from "plm" package [RE-POST]
Hello list, I'm following the paper (http://www.jstatsoft.org/v27/i02/paper) on how to use "plm" to run panel regressions, and am having trouble with what I believe should be something very basic. When I run the command (p.9 in the paper): R> dynformula(emp~wage+capital,log=list(capital=FALSE,TRUE),lag=list(emp=2,c(2,3)),diff=list(FALSE,capital=TRUE)) I see: emp ~ wage +

cumulative sum by group and under some criteria
Thank you very much for your reply. Your code work well with this example. I modified a little to fit my real data, I got an error massage. Error in split.default(x = seq_len(nrow(x)), f = f, drop = drop, ...) : Group length is 0 but data length > 0 On Thu, Jan 31, 2013 at 12:21 PM, arun kirshna [via R] < ml-node+s789695n4657196h87@n4.nabble.com> wrote: > Hi, > Try this: >
