Help with predict.Arima with external regressor values [Repalced]
Hi all there
I am enjoying R since 2 weeks and I come to my first deadlock, il am trying
to use predict.Arima in the ts package.
I get a "Error in cbind(...) : cannot create a matrix from these types"

[LLVMdev] llvm-gfortran polyhedron 2005 results
I've benchmarked the llvm 2.3/llvm-gcc-4.2 release against
the stock gfortran compiler from gcc 4.2.4 on a 2.33GHz MacBook Pro
using the '-ffast-math -funroll-loops -msse3 -O3' optimization flags.

[LLVMdev] llvm-gfortran polyhedron 2005 results [corrected]
The previously posted benchnarks for gcc vs
llvm-gfortran had one mistake. I was actually had
the gfortran for 4.3.1 installed instead of that
from gcc 4.2.4. Below are the polyhedron benchmark
results for all three compilers...

cch function and time dependent covariates

In case cohort study, we can fit proportional hazard regression model to
case-cohort data. In R, the function is cch() in Survival package
Now I am working on case cohort analysis with time dependent covariates
using cch() of "Survival" R package. I wonder if cch() provide this utility
or not?
The cch() manual does not say if time dependent covariate is

nachw = post hox knowledge tests over 6 measure time points (= equally
spaced)
zeitn = time points (n = 6)
subgr = small learning groups (n = 28)
gru = 4 different groups = treatment factor
levels: time (=zeitn) (n=6) within subject (n=4) within smallgroups
