ggplot2: ordering categorial data
Hello again,
everytime I think I got something to work, the next issue comes up...
I have the following data.frame, I want to visualize:

outlining (highlighting) pixels in ggplot2
Using the small reproducible example below, I'd like to know if one can
somehow use the matrix "sig" (defined below) to add a black outline (with
lwd=2) to all pixels with a corresponding value of 1 in the matrix 'sig'?
So for example, in the ggplot2 plot below, the pixel located at [1,3] would
be outlined by a black square since the value at sig[1,3] == 1. This is my

Help with predict.Arima with external regressor values [Repalced]
Hi all there
I am enjoying R since 2 weeks and I come to my first deadlock, il am trying
to use predict.Arima in the ts package.
I get a "Error in cbind(...) : cannot create a matrix from these types"
-- Start R session -----------------------------------------------------

Call:
arima(x = data, order = c(2, 0, 3),

[LLVMdev] 2.6 pre-release2 ready for testing
G'Day Tanya,
Is it too late to bring in the following patches to fix some major
brokenness in the AuroraUX tool chain for 2.6?

I compiled llvm and llvm-gcc with separate objects directories.
Platform is x86_64-linux-gnu.

outlining (highlighting) pixels in ggplot2
Hi Eric,
you can use an annotate-layer, eg
ind<-which(sig>0,arr.ind = T)
ggplot(m1.melted, aes(x = Month, y = Site, fill = Concentration), autoscale
= FALSE, zmin = -1 * zmax1, zmax = zmax1) +
geom_tile() +
coord_equal() +
scale_fill_gradient2(low = "darkred",
mid = "white",
high = "darkblue",

[LLVMdev] 2.6 pre-release2 ready for testing
LLVMers,
2.6 pre-release2 is ready to be tested by the community.
http://llvm.org/prereleases/2.6/
If you have time, I'd appreciate anyone who can help test the release.
To test llvm-gcc:
1) Compile llvm from source and untar the llvm-test in the projects
directory (name it llvm-test or test-suite). Choose to use a pre-
compiled llvm-gcc or re-compile it yourself.
2) Run make check,

Troubleshooting underidentification issues in structural equation modelling (SEM)
Hi all, hope someone can help me out with this.
Background Introduction
I have a data set consisting of data collected from a questionnaire that I
wish to validate. I have chosen to use confirmatory factor analysis to
analyse this data set.
Instrument
The instrument consists of 11 subscales. There is a total of 68 items in
the 11 subscales. Each item is scored on an integer scale between 1 to 4.

[LLVMdev] 2.2 Prerelease available for testing
LLVMers,
The 2.2 prerelease is now available for testing:
http://llvm.org/prereleases/2.2/
If anyone can help test this release, I ask that you do the following:
1) Build llvm and llvm-gcc (or use a binary). You may build release
(default) or debug. You may pick llvm-gcc-4.0, llvm-gcc-4.2, or both.
2) Run 'make check'.
3) In llvm-test, run 'make TEST=nightly report'.
4) When
