Sadly you failed to set your email program to send plain text and the data is corrupted at my end.
I also think you need to reduce the size of the data set... the intent here is to increase your understanding, not debug your particular analysis.
I will say that I am having a very challenging time understanding what you are trying to accomplish though. What are the equations that you think need

OK, Let's try this again! Here is the reproducible script; it is long because I had to copy the panel dataset here. My question is related to systemfit; I don't know how to get the result for the entire panel.

clustering problem
First I just want to say thanks for all the help I've had from the
list so far..)
I now have what I think is a clustering problem. I have lots of
objects which I have measured a dissimilarity between. Now, this list
only has one entry per pair, so it is not symmetrical.
Example input:
NameA NameB Dist

189_1C3 189_1C1 0.017
189_1C3 189_1C2 0.017

a +1 shift overlaying lines/points on a boxplot (PR#398)
Full_Name: Adrian Custer
Version: 0.90.0
OS: Linux on Thinkpad (pentium) and desktop (K6)
Submission from: (NULL) (128.32.251.234)
When I create a boxplot, and then try to overlay a lowess fit or just the
points,
the points do not appear in the highest level and the lowess curve does not
reach
the highest level. However, if I add one to each of the models, the problem is
solved.
I tried this

Pasting the code right into the email is usually safest, though you DO have to post using plain text (as the Posting Guide indicates) or your code may get mangled by the automatic html format removal.

Unless there is good reason not to, always cc the list -- there are lots of
smarter folks than I on it who can help.
I may or may not have time to look at this. Hopefully someone else will.

The proposed solution of Dan's problem posted on R-help was:

asign variables in a "for" loop
Dear R-helpers,
I'm stuck with a little problem that surely has an easy solution but I
can't think of a way to solve it. I'd really appreciate any help you can
offer me!
I'll provide a small example. Given a dataframe data.txt that looks like
this:

Curve Fitting Question - Newbie
Hello, I have what should be an easy question. I'm a
new r user and making the transition from menus to the
command line so as to do batch processing of tons of
data. One of my data streams needs to be detrended.
It's a vector of numbers that follows a negative
exponential decay. I need to fit a curve to it and use
the residuals as an object. The data looks something
like this:

how to use the EV AND condEV from BMA's results?
Dear friends,
In R, the help of "bic.glm" tells the difference between postmean(the
posterior mean of each coefficient from model averaging) and
condpostmean(the posterior mean of each coefficient conditional on the
variable being included in the model), But it's still unclear about the
results explanations, and the artile of Rnews in 2005 on BMA still don't

I use nls, with start=list(Q1=2e-3, b1=1, Vp1=-25, Q2=3e-3, b2=1,

Formatted Data File Question for Clustering -Quickie Project
I am trying to learn how to format Ascii data files for scan or read

Precisely for a quickie project, I found some code (at end of this
email) to do exactly what I need:
To cluster and graph a dendrogram from package (stats).
I am stuck on how to format a text file to run the script.
I looked at the dataset USArrests (which would be replaced by my data
and labels) using UltraEdit. That
