Standard error of coefficient in linear regression
Hello R users, I have a substantial question about statistics, not about R itself, but I would love to have an answer from an R user, in form of an example in R syntax. I have spent whole Sunday searching in Google and browsing the books. I've been really close to the answer but there are at least three standard errors you can talk about in the linear regression and I'm really confused.

fit.mult.impute() in Hmisc
I tried multiple imputation with aregImpute() and fit.mult.impute() in Hmisc 3.8-3 (June 2010) and R-2.12.1. The warning message below suggests that summary(f) of fit.mult.impute() would only use the last imputed data set. Thus, the whole imputation process is ignored. Hello , I am compiling SPEC 2000 benchmarks with llvm .Got stuck with calculating "execution time" of all the .bc and native files. Regression; how to get t-values for all parameters estimates

calculating mean of list components
I get a list object from an iterative function. I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to calculate the mean of one element, across all components of the overall list. I've tried output <- mean (listobject[[1:5]]$element) to get the mean of "element" in the first five components? It doesn't like the $. I'm suspect one of the "apply" functions

[LLVMdev] [RFC] AArch64: Should we disable GlobalMerge?
Hi all, I've started looking at the GlobalMerge pass, enabled by default on ARM and AArch64. I think we should reconsider that, at least for AArch64. As is, the pass just merges all globals together, in groups of 4KB (AArch64, 128B on ARM). At the time it was enabled, the general thinking was "it's almost free, it doesn't affect performance much, we might as well use it".
