interpreting bootstrap corrected slope [rms package]
Dear List: Below is the validation output of a fitted ordinal logistic model using the bootstrap in the rms package. My interpretation is that most of the corrected indices indicate little overfitting, however the slope seems to indicate that the model is too optimistic. Hello, I probably have a syntax error in trying to generate an expected survival curve from a weighted cox model, but I can't see it. I used the help sample code to generate a weighted model, with the addition of a "weights=albumin" argument (I only chose albumin because it had no missing values, not because of any real relevance). Cox with time varying effect
Dear R users, I am doing Cox regression using coxph(Survival) or cph(Design). I have time varying effects (diagnosed with schoenfeld residuals Chi2 test and graph) so I first want to split time into 2 separate intervals : t<6months and t>=6months, to estimate one hazard ratio (hr) for each interval. I am analysing Overall survival according to 3 prognostic factors (age,deep,ldh).

Structural Equation Model
Hello all! I want to estimate parameters in a MIMIC model. I have one latent variable (ksi), four reflexive indicators (y1, y2, y3 and y4) and four formative indicators (x1, x2, x3, x4). Is there a way to do it in R? I know there is the SEM library, but it seems not to be possible to specify formative indicators, that is, observed exogenous variables which causes the latent variable. [LLVMdev] [RFC] AArch64: Should we disable GlobalMerge?
Hi all, I've started looking at the GlobalMerge pass, enabled by default on ARM and AArch64. I think we should reconsider that, at least for AArch64. As is, the pass just merges all globals together, in groups of 4KB (AArch64, 128B on ARM). At the time it was enabled, the general thinking was "it's almost free, it doesn't affect performance much, we might as well use it".
