A) It wasn't.
B) Why do you appear to have two names ?

There is probably a very good reason why outbound replication time
isn't displayed, but I do not know what it is.
The one to worry about is the inbound replication which is displaying
the time, if you use the Windows tool (repadmin) to show replication,
it doesn't show the outbound replication by default.
