samba - Oct 2024 - [wsdd] Resolution takes several seconds

FWIW, it's just as slow?
1. Using Samba's IP address instead of its hostname as set in the 
client's hosts file
2. Running net view \\192.168.0.15 from another Windows 10 computer

After running the command once, it responds as fast as expected? for a 
couple of minutes.

It almost sounds like ARP is being slow. I do not think that is it though.
