The one (I think) for rpc is rc.rpc which was not marked as executable, and even if so marked is not started by any other parent script. I marked it as executable and ran it and it launched: "/sbin/rpcbind -l -w" and "/sbin/rpc.statd". I hope I don't have to migrate domain users manually.
