I think you need to explain what you mean by 'system users'

Beat practise would be to only create new users and groups in your OU 
and leave the standard users & groups in 'CN=Users'

Administrator, dns-*, krbtgt... If I link AD auth to a service, it's easier
to have listed only real people.

My purpose was to avoid manual intervention that can be forgotten.
