samba - Jan 2022 - Renaming Folder With Open File

I used two different computers and two different users. I signed out and 
then signed back in after changes were made.


I did not restart samba after changing the strict rename setting, is 
that necessary?

If you change smb.conf, you must reload the config or restart Samba,
the changes will not be pickup otherwise.
