This all depends on how Samba is being run and if SMBv1 is disabled on
your Win10 (the default now) or not.

What OS are you running Samba on and What Samba version are you using ?
It might help if you could post an example of the smb.conf you are
using.

SMBV1 is disabled. With some partners for safety reasons, I can not enable it.

32 bits linux OS with samba 3.4.7 (samba 4.0.0 is available in packages)

And 

64 bits os with samba 4.6.7
