OK, after a bit of Googling, it confirms what I thought, Microsoft has
seriously lost the plot with printing. There are numerous reports of
printing only using NTLMv2, when it works at all.
This all means that Samba cannot 'fix' this, well not yet. There is no
point in trying to fix the problem now, if Microsoft changes how
printing (so it does work) is carried out, their fix could (and
probably would) break any fix that Samba comes up with now.
