Good Morning, Working on upgrading our file server to Ubuntu 20.04 and the latest version of Samba. On the Samba side we are just using basic file shares. Is there anything in particular that we should be looking at as enhancements and/or formatting in the smb.conf. Enjoy the day!!! Tom Thomas Rieff Green Care 1717 3rd Avenue Mankato, MN 56001

As an admin, it is worthwhile to read through all of these carefully. Generally speaking, it's best to run the latest stable version of Samba available for your distro.
