samba - Jan 2021 - SAMBA shares are READ ONLY to normal users

It did not work, it is still read only for normal users. I edited smb.comf and
restarted the service but did not work, also rebooted the computer but still
does not work 8(

Do you use this command:
smbpasswd -a root

reset password for user using samba
one account, but it use 2 part
1/account local
2/account samba (you must reset password for user to use samba)
