Two down, remove any users in /etc/passwd that are in AD (same goes for 
groups).

If you still get problems with samba-dnsupdate, then try adding 'dns 
update command = /usr/sbin/samba_dnsupdate --use-samba-tool' to smb.conf 
on the DC and restart samba.

Ah yes, realized all the systems have a uidNumber in the 5000 - 5999 range.
I have the local user and systems cleaned up, having issues accessing
member server shares will start a new thread for that.

Here's a sample of the other errors in the logs (might have something
to do with GPO's not getting applied):
