samba - Jul 2020 - Unable to drag and drop files into share

Single server with Samba 4.3.11. 

Since when we changed some shares with a richer permission set users are unable
to drag and drop files into the share. They can create files, rename and delete
them, but d'n'd isn't working. They never had problems in the past,
it began recently. Unfortunately I cannot tell exactly what has been changed as
it's administered internally and they won't recall.

The same happened to me on another server with the same setup (and versions) but
much simpler permissions.

Share and samba config below. Access control is set on Windows to domain users,
security tab has the relevant groups.

Any idea what could be the problem?

That isn't a single server, it is an AD DC and it is using a very old 
Samba version, you really should upgrade.

Your problem is possibly being caused by SMBv1 being turned off on your 
Windows clients.
