When doing "apt-get update" on Debian Stretch, I am experimenting the 
following error:

Yes, correct. You missed the notice of the repo change this summer. 

I suggest have a look here: 

https://apt.van-belle.nl/ 

And adjust you repo names to the new correct names. 
;-)
