[Samba] Replication issues between Samba 4.10.2 (schema mismatch)
Hello, I?m getting some replication errors between Samba and Windows Server2008R2: Last attempt @ 2019-08-02 11:34:51 was delayed for a normal reason, result 8418 (0x20e2): The replication operation failed because of a schema mismatch between the servers involved. If I create new users on the Samba side, they no longer show up on the Windows 2008R2 Server LDAP instance. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for correcting this? Thank You! -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... [Samba] Replication issues between Samba 4.10.2 (schema mismatch)
Hello again, I solved it by checking the replication logs on the Windows Server 2008R2 and saw that it was not digesting a recent addition of a Machine account. Here's what I did to solve the problem: I updated to the latest version of Samba (4.10.6) and restarted the service? (problem persists) Deleted the problematic machine account... and voil?.?? Replication issues are gone! Hope this helps someone with the same problem someday!
