No, bitlocker keys are a different entities and not an attribute. It is only the
UI that shows the like attributes.

Ok that explains things. Have you delegated any rights to the domain

Not that I can remember, afaik works out of the box. Security tab shows SELF,
which is probably inherited along nested objects. But when I manage my domain
computers, I am domain administrator as well. This is likely different in a
company with more than one worker...
