samba - Jul 2018 - exclude the VETO FILES rule

How can I exclude the VETO rule

For example
veto files = /*.mp3/*.mp4

But I want to allow only the file "test.mp3"

How can I exclude the VETO rule

You cannot, you are vetoing all files that end in 'mp3' with
'*.mp3'
