samba - Jun 2017 - Can we change the TLD

Hello

Can we change easily the TLD of a domain. For example, if my domain isc 
A.LOCAL can I change it in A.TOTO.FR ?

Where it says this:

Make sure that you provision the AD using a DNS domain that will not
need to be changed. Samba does not support renaming the AD DNS zone and
Kerberos realm.
