The only thing thats not in there thats that the printer suppliers need to
modify there installeres and create "Packaged" drivers.
And some works some dont.
Try removing the KB3170455 on the failing vm.
If that does not work, remove the printer driver from the VM and reinstall it. (
the printer driver )
And have a good look in the windows event log, normaly i clear it, reboot and
then i test.
Use FQDN for everything, that helps also.
