samba - Jul 2015 - I din't configure the UNIX tab for users

I din't configure the UNIX tab for users and groups in My Samba 4 DC. Thus
I'm having problems with users's authentication in the Member Server.

If I to configure the UNIX tab after I had create the users and groups will
bring any problem to users's authentication?
