Yes, I'm using them on a test machine with ubuntu 14.04 lts.
Did you replace USERNAME:ACCESSKEY with your data?

I ve tested the repos for CENTos and they work fine

can you pls send me the sorces.list file that you have? (remov euser and
passwd)
