samba - Feb 2015 - https://download.samba.org/pub/samba/ is broken ?

Looks like https://download.samba.org/pub/samba/ is failing. Other
targets, such as https://download.samba.org/pub/samba/old-versions/,
are working.

It's not a problem for me personally today, I was just pointing
someone to the source tarball and noticed the issue.
