samba - Jan 2002 - Creating Domain Users!

Hello,

I have configured Samba as a Primary Domain Controller

(on Solaris Operating Environment)..I have joined NT
workstation also...

Now I want to create Domain Admins, Domain Users..

adduser command does not exist..what should I do ?

How do I - 
1. create user and join as domain user
2. create user and making him domain admin
